E-Z Cloud built the Auto Responder app as a commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by E-Z Cloud and is intended for use as is.

The Auto Responder application accesses your Gmail data to enable email auto-reply functionality. Specifically, the app requests access to the Gmail API using the following scope:

This allows the application to read, label, and send replies to messages based on your configured preferences, without requiring full mailbox access.
The app does not store email content or headers beyond what is necessary to operate the responder logic, and only accesses data relevant to auto-reply operations. We do not share Gmail data with third parties. You can revoke access to Gmail data at any time through your Google account settings.
We retain access to your Gmail data only for as long as necessary to provide the core functionality of the Auto Responder service. If you choose to disconnect your Google account or deactivate your Auto Responder account, all associated Gmail data is deleted within 30 days. You may also request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us at support@ezcloudllc.com.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, usage time and date, and other statistics.
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse cookies.
